On September 28, Li Changwu, president of Dalian Polytechnic University, and his delegation attended the Dalian Polytechnic University Shenyang Alumni Symposium and visited Bolian. Xue Xiaotong, chairman of Bolian, and representatives from departments of the production and R&D center attended the meeting. They visited production workshops, heard an overview of Bolian development from Chairman Xue Xiaotong, who is also President of the Shenyang Alumni Association.
